ABL Aviation Announces the Successful Closing of KLM’s first A321NEO

ABL Aviation proudly announces the successful delivery of an Airbus A321-252NX (MSN 11895) to KLM Royal Dutch Airlines through a Japanese Operating Lease with Call option (JOLCO) structure on behalf of ABL Aviation’s Japanese partner. The delivery, completed on 5 November 2024, represents a significant step forward in KLM’s ongoing fleet modernization efforts and reinforces ABL Aviation’s reputation for providing innovative and efficient leasing solutions to global airline partners.

This delivery marked KLM’s first A321neo, a landmark moment in the airline’s history as it embarks on a strategic transformation of its fleet. The A321neo is set to play a pivotal role in KLM’s operations, delivering cutting-edge fuel efficiency and sustainability benefits while enhancing passenger experience.
