We are seeking candidates for the Senior Technical Analyst – Pricing position to support asset analysis, forecasting, and technical oversight across our global portfolio.

Location: Dubai or Dublin.

Employment Type: Full-time.

• Support ABL's Pricing department with deal analysis.

• Perform "fly-forward" analysis of assets to forecast maintenance condition and economic value throughout the lease term.

• Perform asset assessments to identify opportunities for owners and investors to maximize investment value.

• Review lease agreements to identify key value drivers.

• Support the technical and commercial teams during deal negotiations.

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally gained in an airline technical services role or in an aircraft leasing company in a technical position directly related to the job function.

• Experience in aircraft maintenance forecasting.

• Good understanding of typical aircraft lease structures and contractual clauses.

• Strong technical foundation combined with an understanding of the commercial aspects of the aviation industry.

• Strong technical knowledge of commercial aircraft and their maintenance requirements throughout the lease term.

• Familiarity with aircraft maintenance programmes, technical records, and related documentation.

• Ability to evaluate aircraft maintenance conditions and forecast asset value over time.

• Understanding of aircraft leasing economics and technical value drivers.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• High level of initiative and a proactive approach to responsibilities.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
