As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a Sales Representative.

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers a base salary complemented by a performance-based commission structure.

The ideal candidate is driven to generate high-value business and will be rewarded accordingly. Commission is earned as a percentage of the profit on each closed deal, based on the volume and value of business generated.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in luxury travel and tourism, who understands the art of selling and excels at persuasion and deal-closing.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience closing high-value deals

• Background in tourism, ideally within a travel agency, tour operator, or luxury hospitality environment

• Solid experience in the luxury/high-end market

• Fluent in Mandarin and English

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently

• Relevant travel agency qualifications, including experience with tour planning and execution

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Our goal is to attract elite clients, including heirs, CEOs, business leaders, and high-net-worth individuals from Hong Kong and mainland China.

We are not seeking a mass market prospector. Instead, we require a candidate with an existing B2B or B2C portfolio (network), developed through years of experience. Our focus is on attracting affluent clients who seek exclusive, personalized, and unforgettable travel experiences.

The position will be based in our Hong Kong office.
