As part of our continued expansion in the Middle East, we are seeking an Office Manager to join our Dubai team.
The Office Manager will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day office operations, overseeing administrative functions, and coordinating business activities to help drive ABL Corporation’s growth in the region.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily office administration, ensuring efficient operations and a safe, organized work environment.
Coordinate office schedules, meetings, business travel, and logistics, including booking and expense management. Manage event planning, coordination, and execution to the highest industry standards.
Manage procurement and maintenance of office equipment and supplies; liaise with vendors and service providers for facilities upkeep.
Maintain records, databases, and documentation related to deals, investors, and business partners, ensuring compliance with local requirements.
Facilitate internal and external communication between teams, partners, and customers. Prepare presentation materials and management reports with attention to detail.
Support human resources functions such as onboarding new team members, enforcing office policies, and resolving workplace issues.
Assist with budgeting, payment processing, payroll coordination, and expense tracking to ensure financial control across office activities.
Support business development initiatives in Dubai across the businesses (e.g., shipping, real estate) and support company expansion efforts.
Maintain confidentiality protocols for sensitive company and employee information.
Provide additional support and carry out ad-hoc tasks to achieve ABL Corporation’s short- and long-term goals.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years’ experience in office management or senior administration within a corporate setting
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
Experience with budgeting, payroll support, vendor management, and office procurement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Adaptable and proactive, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects under deadlines.
The position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, reporting directly to the Chief Technical Officer.
