Department: Technical – Contract Management
We are currently seeking a Contract Manager to join our Technical Department. This role will support and manage all contractual elements of aircraft delivery/redelivery processes, lease compliance, and ongoing contractual obligations.
You will play a key role in managing contractual data, ensuring compliance, and supporting cross-functional teams on technical and financial aspects of aircraft lease contracts.
Review and analyze contracts to identify and manage key clauses and obligations.
Input and maintain technical contract data in internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
Manage electronic and physical contract files, ensuring accessibility and proper documentation.
Liaise with the finance team to support:
- Timely issuance of maintenance reserve invoices.
- Periodic aircraft utilization reporting and maintenance reserve rate adjustments.
- Review, validation, and processing of maintenance reserve claims.
- Letter of Credit management.
Proactively plan for potential Letter of Credit issues and late payments, providing timely updates and solutions to internal deal teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Aviation Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3+ years of experience in aircraft leasing, contract management, aircraft delivery/redelivery, or a related aviation role.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Contract Administrator role, while those with more experience may take on greater responsibilities as a Contract Manager.
Proven experience with aviation contract administration or related documentation.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex contracts with precision.
Familiarity with electronic and paper file systems and document control processes.
Strong understanding of contractual clauses and their operational/financial impact.
Working knowledge of contract management software.
Fluency in English with superb written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, international environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships across departments.
Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow within the organization.
