Position: Business Development Manager – APAC.

ABL Corporation is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager based in Hong Kong to lead business development initiatives across the APAC region.
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the presence of ABL Corporation’s businesses across multiple sectors including hospitality, botanicals, and other group ventures.
This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the APAC business environment.
Market Research & Opportunity Identification Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and strategic partnerships across the APAC region.
Business Development & Strategy Support the development and execution of business development strategies aimed at expanding ABL Corporation’s activities across its various operating platforms.
Business Planning & Financial Analysis Develop and contribute to detailed business plans, market entry strategies, and financial projections for new initiatives, partnerships, and expansion opportunities across the region.
Partnership & Client Development Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, investors, and industry stakeholders across APAC.
Deal Origination & Project Development Identify potential investment opportunities, commercial partnerships, and new business ventures aligned with the group’s strategic priorities.
Market Expansion Support the expansion of ABL Corporation’s brands and businesses across new markets in Asia-Pacific.
Collaboration Across Business Units Work closely with teams across ABL Corporation’s global offices and operating companies to support strategic initiatives and commercial development.
Networking & Representation Represent ABL Corporation at conferences, trade shows, and industry events across the region to strengthen the group’s visibility and network.
Reporting & Market Intelligence Prepare regular reports and insights on market developments, opportunities, and business development activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or strategic roles.
Strong understanding of APAC markets and business culture.
Proven ability to identify opportunities and build long-term partnerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Fluency in English and Cantonese required; Mandarin is a plus.
Ability to work in an international and entrepreneurial environment.
