With a distinguished career spanning over 30 years in the aerospace industry, Orr brings extensive expertise in aerospace operations, supply chain management, and quality systems. His leadership experience includes significant roles at Bombardier Aerospace and Spirit AeroSystems, where he successfully managed large-scale international projects and drove innovation across diverse teams.

Orr ’s career achievements reflect his ability to blend strategic vision with operational execution. Highlights of his accomplishments include:

• Advancing Aerospace in Africa: Orr established and managed a cutting-edge Aerostructures assembly site in Morocco, setting new standards for aerospace manufacturing in the region.

• Streamlining Global Supply Chains: At Bombardier, he introduced a Global Supplier Management System, enhancing operational efficiency across global sites.

• Implementing Quality Systems: Orr developed Bombardier’s first unified Quality Management System, ensuring consistency across manufacturing and aftermarket operations.

In addition to his professional achievements, Orr has been involved in developing Africa’s aerospace ecosystem. As a key member of the Moroccan Aerospace Industries Association and President of the British Chamber of Commerce in Morocco, he has forged strong relationships with governments, stakeholders, and industry partners to support the region’s growth.
