ABL Corporation is pleased to welcome Mosab Balla to the team as Senior IT Support Specialist, based in our Dubai office, bringing over nine years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.

Throughout his career, Mosab has built a well-rounded technical foundation across a range of specialisms, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory management, virtualisation technologies, and end-user support. His experience in dynamic and demanding environments has given him a strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues quickly while maintaining a consistent focus on user satisfaction and operational efficiency. 

Mosab is an ITIL v4 certified professional, reflecting his commitment to best practices in IT service management and continuous improvement. Beyond his technical expertise, he takes a proactive and user-centric approach to IT, ensuring that services are seamless, secure, and aligned with the needs of the organisation. 

He is passionate about leveraging modern technologies to support business growth and digital transformation, a mindset that fits well with ABL Corporation’s ongoing focus on technological advancement.
