ABL Corporation is Hiring Three Finance Professionals in Casablanca

ABL Corporation is expanding its Finance & Accounting team in Casablanca, Morocco. As a privately-owned, independent group with operations spanning aviation, hospitality, maritime, and real estate, ABL brings together global expertise across six international offices in New York, Dublin, casablanca, Hong Kong and Tokyo.

Head of Finance — Casablanca

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced finance professional ready to own and drive ABL’s financial strategy in Morocco. The Head of Finance will collaborate closely with the Group Financial Controller and lead the full spectrum of finance operations across the Casablanca office.
What we’re looking for:  

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in accounting or financial reporting
• Professionally qualified: CA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent
• Proven senior leadership experience in Commercial Finance
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Commercial mindset with confidence to engage lenders and third parties
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills

Senior Financial Accountant — Casablanca 

The Senior Financial Accountant will play a key role in strengthening ABL’s financial operations in Morocco, ensuring accurate reporting, disciplined financial controls, and seamless delivery of core accounting processes including month-end close, tax compliance, and cash flow management.
What we’re looking for:  

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in accounting or financial reporting
• Qualified Accountant with advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency
• Experience leading month-end and year-end close processes
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan tax laws and compliance requirements
• High accuracy, strong analytical mindset, and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Junior Financial Accountant — Casablanca

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional looking to build a solid foundation in a dynamic, international environment. The Junior Financial Accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations, transaction processing, and compliance activities across the Casablanca office.
What we’re looking for:  

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
• High level of accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail
• Motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
