OCTOBER 2026 HIGHLIGHTS

October was a month of strategic growth, international engagement, and strengthened partnerships across ABL Corporation. From significant aircraft acquisitions and deliveries to attendance at global industry events in aviation, aerospace maintenance, and natural ingredients, our companies continued to expand their reach, reinforce industry relationships, and pursue new opportunities across international markets.

Expanding ABL Aviation’s Aircraft Portfolio

ABL Aviation strengthened its modern narrowbody portfolio and expanded its presence in the secondary leasing market through the acquisition of an Airbus A320neo on lease to Transavia France.

The transaction welcomed Transavia France as a new airline partner, marking an important milestone in ABL Aviation’s longstanding relationship with the Air France-KLM Group. It also reinforced the company’s commitment to investing in premium aviation assets and delivering tailored asset management solutions for established carriers.

This acquisition reflects ABL Aviation’s financial strength, technical expertise, and ability to execute strategic investment opportunities in the secondary aircraft leasing market.

Continuing a Trusted Partnership with Air France

ABL Aviation successfully delivered its 17th Airbus A220-300 to Air France, powered by Pratt & Whitney PW1521G-3 engines.

The delivery marked the second aircraft under the company’s current three-aircraft mandate, supporting Air France’s ongoing fleet modernisation programme with next-generation, fuel-efficient aircraft.

With one additional A220-300 scheduled for delivery later in 2026, the milestone further strengthened a longstanding relationship built through multiple successful transactions and continued collaboration.

Engaging with the Aviation Finance Community in Dubai

From 5 – 7 October, Airline Economics Growth Frontiers Dubai 2026 brought together aviation professionals to discuss developments and opportunities across the industry.

ABL Aviation’s Chief Operating Officer Carlos Garcia Merino, Vice President Pricing and Debt Naomi Mullins, and Analyst Ayush Govinda Das were our on-ground participants for the event.

The event provided an opportunity to engage with airlines, lessors, financiers, and asset managers on fleet strategy, aviation finance, and the evolving commercial aviation landscape across the Middle East and beyond, reinforcing the importance of industry dialogue and long-term partnerships.
