Lead the financial strategy and planning for the Casablanca office.
Collaborate closely with the Group Financial Controller to drive ABL Group-wide alignment, liquidity management, and cashflow forecasting.
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with local accounting standards. Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes ensuring reporting deadlines are consistently met.
Supervise core finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow reporting, payroll, and intercompany processes. Drive operational improvements that enhance cash collection, payment controls, and working capital management.
Oversee monthly management accounts and finance KPI performance reporting.
Lead tax compliance activities, ensuring filings (corporate tax, payroll taxes, etc.) are completed on time and in full compliance with Moroccan tax laws.
Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems, and organisational structure to increase efficiency, transparency, and control.
Drive financial performance through strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Support strategic initiatives including new start-ups, acquisitions and market entry initiatives.
Establish and maintain robust internal control frameworks. Strengthen governance processes across finance, ensuring consistency across ABL Group entities.
Oversee the payroll process for the Casablanca office.
