ABL Corporation is seeking a high-calibre 5/7 Year Experienced IT Systems Specialist to manage and optimize our technology infrastructure in the Casablanca office. This role provides Tier 1-2 support, focusing on system reliability, security compliance, and enterprise application performance. We require a proactive professional to support our global network of six offices (New York, Dublin, Casablanca , Dubai, Hong Kong & Tokyo).

Core Technical Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware, OS environments, and mission-critical applications.
New Premises Fit-Out: Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications. This includes IT installations at our new MRO facility at Midparc industrial zone. This involves logistics, supply chain, HR time system, wifi etc...
Enterprise Systems: Provide end-user support and administration for Dynamics 365 and specialized business systems.
Network Operations: Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN/WLAN performance and connectivity; diagnose and resolve complex network bottlenecks.
Information Security: Implement and audit security protocols, manage SSL certificates, and ensure enterprise-wide compliance with corporate security standards.
Lifecycle Management: Manage the full IT asset lifecycle, including software licensing, database architecture maintenance, and hardware replacement forecasting.
Proactive Maintenance: Perform regular system diagnostics, evaluate emerging technologies, and recommend architectural improvements to increase operational efficiency.
Technical Support: Deliver responsive technical troubleshooting for local and remote staff, maintaining high service-level satisfaction.
Technical Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 5–7 years in IT Support or Systems Administration, preferably within manufacturing or heavily regulated asset management sectors.
Ecosystem Proficiency: Deep hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365 environments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Networking & Security: Proven ability to manage network security, licensing, and database architecture.
Compliance: Familiarity with managing security certificates and global IT compliance requirements.

Communication: Exceptional English fluency (written/verbal) with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Operational Agility: Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
