The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will play a key leadership role in shaping and executing the commercial strategy of the agency. As part of the executive team, the CCO will oversee all revenue generating activities, including sales, partnerships, and business development, to position the company as a leading inbound travel agency in Morocco.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive growth, profitability, and market share.

• Lead and manage the sales team to ensure strong brand visibility and consistent business performance.

• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with international tour operators and travel agencies.

• Oversee the creation of innovative travel products and experiences that align with the company’s positioning and client expectations.

• Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to guide commercial decisions.

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance reports.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or commercial leadership within the travel and tourism sector, preferably inbound.

• Proven track record in developing and executing successful commercial strategies.

• Strong international network within the luxury or high end travel market is an asset.

• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.

• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are an advantage.
