OFFICE RECEPTIONIST – DUBAI

The group focuses on aviation, maritime, real estate, and hospitality, with six key locations worldwide: New York, Dublin, Casablanca, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Tokyo.

As part of our continued expansion in the Middle East, we are seeking a Receptionist to join our Dubai team.

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for ABL Corporation’s Dubai office, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, partners, and clients. The role also involves managing front-desk operations, supporting administrative functions, and assisting with daily office coordination.

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; route messages accurately and promptly.

  • Coordinate meeting schedules and conference room bookings.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

  • Assist with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and hospitality coordination.

  • Handle mail, deliveries, and courier services.

  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.

  • Liaise with vendors, maintenance teams, and building management for day-to-day needs.

  • Assist in organizing internal meetings, events, and office activities.

  • Maintain confidentiality of all company and employee information.

  • Provide general administrative support to management and the wider Dubai team.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in front-office administration within a corporate environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and modern communication tools.

  • Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.

  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.

  • Reliable, proactive, and discreet.
